Join us at Calstock Arts on Tuesday 14 June (2pm – 7:30pm) to hear about our highlights and achievements from the past 12 months and our priorities for the year ahead.
Hear from the AONB team and our partners with updates on:
- Farming in Protected Landscapes
- Tamara Landscape Partnership Scheme
- Government plans for Protected Landscapes
- River Tamar Walkway & Wetland Project, Calstock
Then join our partners from the Environment Agency, Tamar Community Trust, Calstock Parish Council and Calstock School pupils for a celebration of the River Tamar Walkway & Wetland Project, including the fantastic new footbridge.
We will finish off with an open forum, providing the opportunity for questions and discussion about all aspects of the AONB and opportunities to get involved, followed by a poetry reading with Ysella Sims (from her latest book ‘You Are Here’, based on life and characters of the Bere Peninsula), ending with our Valley Champions Awards, nibbles (locally sourced, of course!) and an opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues old and new.
Click here for the full agenda. You are welcome to attend for all or part of the Forum to suit you.
Spaces are strictly limited, so please book your free place – firstname.lastname@example.org or 01822 835030.
This event has been timed to coincide with the Tamar Valley Line train from Plymouth. Please consider using public transport, active travel or car share where possible.
