Port Eliot’s Precious Trees

You are invited to the third and final Ancient Tree Workshop to be held in St Germans later this month as part of the Helping Hands for Heritage project, providing you with the skills needed to help survey and record ancient and special trees in the Tamar Valley landscape.

Tim Kellett from the Cornwall Ancient Tree Forum will lead the event, starting with an indoor session during the morning, followed by practical activities on the Port Eliot estate in the afternoon, by kind permission of Lord and Lady St Germans.

This FREE event will include lunch and refreshments. Sorry no dogs. The event takes place on Saturday 21st November, 10am-4pm.

Booking is essential as places are limited. To secure your place, or for further information, please contact the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty team on 01822 835030 or email volunteering@tamarvalley.org.uk
