Tamar Valley Heritage Guide Walk – Tour of Calstock

A 4-mile walk with Les Deering, exploring the village of Calstock, discovering how the Calstock viaduct was built, and enjoying a walk through the beautiful Danescombe Valley. We plan to be back in time for 13:56 return train (the next train is 15:56). Mainly tarmac, some mud.
Please dress for the weather, wear appropriate footwear for walking and bring a drink. Be prepared for hills and muddy paths. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome. Booking in advance is not essential but would be appreciated – 01822 835030, info@tamarvalley.org.uk
There is no charge for this walk, but donations are welcome. All proceeds will help to keep the Tamar Valley AONB special for all to enjoy.
