Description: A guided tour around the working Quarry at Greystone near Launceston. The tour, by minibus and on foot, will look at the daily work of the quarry in extracting stone for road surfacing, and also their commitment to conserve the wildlife and geological heritage of the site.
This will be an interesting tour for all ages, which will last about 1.5 hours.
Bring sturdy shoes and outdoor clothing. Sorry no dogs. Suitable for children.
