Join the Tamar Valley AONB team this April for their annual Spring Trail Festival; packed with more than 30 events and activities for you to enjoy throughout the Valley.
To celebrate the opening of our Tamar Trails Centre, at Gulworthy, enjoy a Taster Day with FREE activities on and around the Trails, or make the most of the longer days with our Morning Bird Song walk.
Back by popular demand, the BioBlitz returns to Pentillie for a second year. Other events include Exploring Nature, a walk looking at Lutyens’ buildings in Milton Abbot, a Woodland Family Activity Day and Uncovering the Past exhibition continues its tour of the Tamar Valley. At the end of a busy day, let the Rubber Band entertain you with their set of walking-inspired songs.
Many events are FREE of charge, but we are expecting the Festival to be popular, so please book your places early to avoid disappointment.
The Spring Trail Festival, encouraging you to discover more within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, will run from Thursday 28th March – Sunday 7th April. FREE guides will be available from local outlets towards the end of February, or download your FREE programme of events at www.tamarvalley.org.uk (from end of February).
