The Tamar Valley Mining Heritage Project is ambitious £6million project has seen a whole range of major improvements to heritage sites and the creation of 25km of new trails.
Smaller schemes throughout the project have involved the local community, talented artists, energetic school groups, archaeologists, performers, writers and local historians, to name a few. Since 2005, the Tamar Valley AONB has worked with funders and partners to bring about some amazing results.
